William Floyd Holder was born April 28,1876 and died December 6,1957 in Warren Co. Tennessee he was married to Mary Ann Newby born May 27,1880 and died March 12,1961 in Warren Co. Tennessee they are both buried in Centertown Cemetery in Warren Co Tennessee.He was the son of Samuel King Holder and Lee Ann Adcock.
William Floyd lived in the 11th district of Warren Co. and was a farmer his descendants still live on and farm land owned by William in the early 1900's.William's parents both died at relatively young ages thus leaving William the responsibility of rasing his younger siblings as well as starting his on family.
